
This oh-so-delicious and super healthy smoothie is perfect for those early summer mornings, enjoyed out on the patio.
Berries are low in calories but high in minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and a great source of natural fibre, which is very important for a healthy digestive system.This recipe will offer two servings, so add or subtract according to the amount you need to make:
1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup blue berries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup aloe juice
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup Full Cream Greek Yoghurt
Toss all ingredients into your blender and blend till you have a smooth delicious smoothie.
You could also add a few mint leaves for a delicious minty zing, or even the juice of half a fresh lemon – very tasty!!
Pour and enjoy!
